Join us Monday, August 29th, for the next installment of our popular Knife Fight Series, presented by Mission Pizza Napoletana and Foothills Brewing. This time around, our competition features Shane Moore, Executive Chef of Foothills Brewing, versus Christopher Brown of The Katherine Brasserie. Shane has been cranking out elevated pub fare at Foothills for years, while Christopher is undoubtedly one of the best young chefs in the entire region. Should make for a great match up. Each chef will prepare multiple courses on the spot, featuring a secret (not fake secret, really secret) ingredient or two, and showcasing their talent, improvisation, and mettle under fire.

Your ticket purchase gets you heavy hors d'oeuvres, great local beer from Foothills and small-producer Italian wines for sale, the curated musical vibe of our house DJ, and a front row seat to watch 2 of Winston's best chefs go head to head in an intimate but raucous environment like no other in NC. No grand ballrooms, no fancy clothes, just you and the chefs up close.

Each ticket holder will also have a chance to be on the judging panel to determine which chef takes the win.
