Knife Fight at Mission Pizza Napoletana

Join us Monday, May 23, for a Knife Fight between 2 of Winston Salem's premier chefs. Travis Myers of Willow's Bistro and formerly of River Birch Lodge, will battle his good buddy Roland Trask, Executive Chef at Novant Medical Center, and a general kitchen bad-ass, in a secret ingredient cooking competition presented by Mission Pizza Napoletana and Hoots Beer Co. Each chef will prepare multiple courses on the spot, featuring a secret ingredient or two, showcasing their talent and improvisation. Your ticket purchase gets you heavy hors d'oeuvres, great local beer from Hoots Beer Company, small-producer Italian wines, cool music, and a front row seat to watch 2 of Winston's best chefs go head to head in an intimate and demanding environment like no other in NC. Each ticket holder will also have a chance to be on the judging panel to determine which chef takes the win.
